Legal terms and conditions for using Josh Fuels' services

By accessing and using Josh Fuels' website, mobile application, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Josh Fuels Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You may use our Platform and Services for lawful business purposes only.

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
The minimum order quantity is 200 litres. Orders below this amount may be declined.
Delivery typically occurs within 6-8 hours of order confirmation. Scheduled deliveries follow a predetermined calendar. Emergency deliveries (under 2 hours) may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

All diesel is sourced from authorized Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) and meets BIS standards. Delivery vehicles are equipped with calibrated digital meters. Customers may request a 5-litre sample for independent verification.
Josh Fuels operates in specified service areas only. We reserve the right to decline service outside these areas or to customers with poor payment history.
Pricing is transparent and itemized: diesel cost (per litre) + delivery charge + GST. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions. Volume discounts apply for orders above 2,000 litres.
Price quotes are valid for 24 hours from issuance. Prices may change if delivery location, volume, or schedule changes.
Payment must be received before or at delivery, unless a credit arrangement has been pre-approved. Late payment may result in service suspension and additional charges.
Digital GST invoices and diesel delivery certificates are automatically generated and emailed upon delivery completion.
Orders can be cancelled up to 4 hours before scheduled delivery with no cancellation fee. Cancellations within 4 hours may incur a 10% cancellation charge.
Refunds for failed or incomplete deliveries will be processed within 5-7 business days. No refunds are issued for customer-initiated cancellations within 4 hours of delivery.
If we fail to deliver as scheduled without customer-fault reasons, we will offer one of the following:
Josh Fuels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the 30 days preceding the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is greater.
Josh Fuels is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, government action, or pandemics.
Customer is responsible for site safety during delivery. Josh Fuels is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from site conditions, unsafe practices, or non-compliance with safety guidelines.
Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Josh Fuels, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.
Diesel is warranted to meet BIS standards at time of delivery. Claims for diesel quality issues must be filed within 72 hours with counter-sample evidence.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. The Platform may be offline for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.
All content on our Platform—including logos, text, graphics, images, code, and design—is owned by Josh Fuels or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any content without prior written permission from Josh Fuels.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the laws of Maharashtra. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
Before pursuing legal action:
Disputes exceeding ₹10,00,000 may be resolved through arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Josh Fuels reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
