If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, or with our Terms of use, do not download, install and/or use the Application The Information we collect "Personally Identifiable Information" means any information that either on its own or when combined with certain other information can identify an individual and for this Privacy Policy usually limited to your mobile phone number, date of birth, gender, location, contacts, etc. We collect some content and other information you provide when you use our Services. • Download and Registration When you download an application you are requested to register with us. For registration through JOSH, you are required to provide your details, etc including personally identifiable information.

If you do not want JOSH to store this information, you may opt-out at any time through your account settings in the JOSH mobile app, or in your device’s privacy settings, in which case we will delete that information from our servers. However, in this case, we may not be able to offer some of the features that require this information.
• Location Information We may request access to your current location – provided by your mobile device using GPS or similar technologies – so that we can provide content that is more suitable to your location. You are free to accept or block access to your location information. You can switch off access to your location at any time through your account settings or your device settings menu.
• Profile Information We collect and store certain profile information including your name, phone number, email address, picture, country of residence, and preferences.
• Usage Information We may collect and store information about your usage of, and interaction with, the Service and Third Party transactions including calls, messages, posts, usage of the Service by geographies, device and connection information (such as MAC address), IP address, device capability, bandwidth.

When you deal with these third-parties through JOSH, they and other users may be able to see your user profile and your location. Our site contains links in the form of URL, Applications or they may be embedded in our site to enable you to visit other web sites of interest. However, once you have used these links you should note that we do not have any control over that other web site. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide and they are not governed by this privacy policy.   • Our service providers. This app also provides a social platform to its users where they have sophisticated chat facilities, listing, and promotional offers from the relevant merchant categories as per your preferences. Any changes in the Privacy Policy by JOSH shall be posted on our website and also reflected in our Application to reflect changes in our policy so that the users are always aware of what information we collect, use, and under what circumstances, if any, we may disclose it. Users should periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices. Once posted, those changes are effective immediately. Continued access or use of the Application constitutes your acceptance of the changes and the amended Policy.

The Application can also be downloaded from third-party application stores including Google Play Store and iTunes Store. You agree to comply with all third party privacy policies, if any, applicable to the use of the Application or related services. JOSH shall not be responsible for your use of any third-party product and or service including the terms and conditions of such third-party product and or service and or violation and infringement of any third party rights, policies, terms, and conditions in connection with access, download or installation of the Application.
