Diesel is an everyday essential for vehicles, generators, industries & manufacturing units Industries, corporate parks & building, hospitals, schools, etc. Diesel is classified as a Grade B petroleum product by the Petroleum Ministry and there are prescribed guidelines for handling, transport and storage of Diesel.
However, Diesel procurement for generator sets for personal and/or for professional use, is done in a manner which is unsafe and dangerous. Generally, the users either fill plastic cans or purchase barrels from the nearest petrol pumps, which they then transport in their personal vehicles to the destination for use.
